The University of Nothern Iowa has ten phones located across campus for use in emergencies. UNI Police respond to emergency phone calls
Using the Phone
- Push the red button
- Speak into the phone to report emergency
- Strobe light on top will flash, marking the location for responding officers
To combat false alarms, any person initiating a false call on the blue light or other emergency phones may be subject to criminal charges.

- Between Gilchrist and the Greenhouse

- Between the Rod Library and Maucker Union
- Panther Village in the Noehren CP Parking Lot
- All Levels of the Multimodal Transportation Center
