Virtual Permits
In the fall of 2022, Public Safety started issuing virtual permits for some types of parking permits.
Currently, C On Campus Resident, R Remote and Motorcycles are virtual.
Beginning Fall 2024, B Student permits are now virtual! You will not receive a physical hangtag or permit. See below for details.

Refunds for physical parking permits issued to Full Time/Permanent Faculty and Staff can be made at the Parking Office during our normal hours. We do not recommend mailing it to our office since mail can be lost in transit and no refund can be issued without the permit returned.

This is a permit number assigned to your vehicle's plate. You will not receive a physical hang tag or permit.
Officers checking the lots for permits will go by your plate number. If the plate does not come back to a permit, or the appropriate permit for the lot, you will receive a citation.
Thus, if your plate number changes, or using a different car temporarily, please must contact our office so we can amend your account.
As a courtesy, a virtual permit may be tied to up to 2 (two) vehicle at any given time.
To ensure we get you a proper refund, the Parking Office does not accept email, phone calls or mail-in request on virtual permits.
Refunds on virtual permits must be made by filling out a request form.
If not, you are liable for all charges. No refunds are granted for backdated cancellations.
