Vehicle & Visitor Parking Permits

All vehicles on campus including visitors, students, faculty, staff, vendors and contractors need to have parking permits to meet their specific needs.

All student, faculty and staff permits can be ordered through the Parking Portal!
 
New Students: You must be enrolled in Fall 2024 classes to access the portal for the first time!
 
Current Students: If your status will change (i.e., on to off campus student) please check back later. The parking admin system is updated once a day using data from Student Information System (SIS) and HR. Scroll down to see permit types and descriptions.
 
Graduate Assistants: We do not offer 'A' permits to qualifying GAs until mid August. The parking system will not be updated with Fall 2024 Graduate Assistant from the appropriate UNI databases until that time. 
 
Faculty and Staff:
UNI has been evaluating its business practices across campus in order to streamline processes for efficiency, and as a result, there will be some changes to the payment options for 2024-2025 parking permits.
